Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Well, a full-time senior-level designer these days will set you back over $100,000 a year, and that's not even counting the extra perks. Plus, it's pretty tough to snag one who's free. Also, there might not be enough work to keep them busy all the time, so you end up paying for downtime too.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Most tasks are done in a couple of days, tops. But the really tricky ones might take a bit more time.

How does the pause feature work?

Sometimes you just don't have enough design to fill a whole month, that's exactly why the option to pause your subscription is so cool.
Billing goes by a 31-day cycle. So, let say you want to pause after 21 days, Just send us an email, your billing cycle will freezes, until you need us again, meaning you would have 10 days left.

What if I only have a single request?

Sure thing! Just send us an email saying you want to pause your subscription. And flick us another email whenever you have design to tackle. No stress about wasting what's left of your subscription.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

After you subscribe, feel free to load up your queue with as many design requests as you want, and we'll deliver them one after the other.

Who are the designers?

I'm the Design Director (17 Years + of exp.), leading a team of talented senior designers. They all have an extended experience in UX/UI, Branding and Strategy. I supervise their work and design mysel when needed.

How do I request designs?

We give you access to your personal workspace on ClickUp. The KanBan board is the place to create tickets (Requests), chat with your designer, upload assets or link any media.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Since the work's really top-notch, we won't be giving out refunds.
